Wednesday June 9th - Rainy but Warm!

It IS raining here a little off and on, but it's a warm rain with no wind, so for now we're still swimming and the kids are getting wet from above and below! :) We haven't had any complaints from them yet! We will be updating about every 15 minutes or so though, so check back in a few!

Swimming Lessons are NOT canceled...yet!

*UPDATE: I know there are pockets of rain around the valley, but so far (as of 5:20) we have blue skies here so come on over!

It's cloudy and gray this morning, but with no rain, no wind, hints of blue sky, and a toasty warm pool, we are good to go! Swimming lessons are on! There is a chance of thunderstorms later this afternoon. Check back here periodically and we will post updates. If we cancel lessons, we WILL post it here! If you need to get a hold of us, you can call Cathy at 914-0045 (but not between 9 - 12, she'll be in the pool!) or Cindy 713-8113!

It' just too cold, windy and now rainy to hold lessons today. Please plan on normal time, tomorrow, Friday, June 3 and we'll discuss make-ups (possibly, Saturday, June 4) then! Thanks and bundle up today! :)

First Day of Swimming Lessons is Here

Well, I'm not sure when summer is ever really coming, but the first day of swimming lessons has arrived! It may be cloudy and cool, but the pool is toasty warm and we're excited to get started. See you soon!

UPDATE: It is drizzling a bit here, but it's still doable so lessons are still on for now! :)

Swimming Lesson AND Preschool Registration now open!

Hello swimmers! If you are interested in registering for swimming lesssons this fall, just click on the "Schedule" tab above and find the class you want. Email me at cathyslilfish@gmail.com and let me know which one you want. I will send you a confirmation email with further instructions on completeing your registration. Remember, there is always some shifting around, so if the class you want is full, ask to be put on the waiting list. If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the "Schedule" page you'll find a description of each level.

Miss Cindy has also begun registration for preschool this fall and winter. For more information, go to http://boisepreschool.blogspot.com/. She runs a fantastic in-home, part-day preschool at the same place you come for swimming lessons. Space is limited.

I honestly can't BELIEVE it's that time, but it is! Registration for summer 2011 swimming lessons is officially open. Click on the "Schedule" tab above, figure out which class(es) you would like (there is an explanation of the various levels all the way down at the bottom of the "schedule" page) and email me at cathyslilfish@gmail.com to tell me what you'd like. We look forward to seeing all of our wonderful swimmers again soon!

Cathy's School for Lil' Fish operates out of an outdoor pool so we only teach classes in the summer. However, we invite you to take a minute to look around the website, and if you like what you see, check back later this week as we will be posting our 2011 swim schedule and opening registration this coming weekend.
