UPDATE ON REGISTRATION

5/3 Registration Update: WE ARE FULL!  As of Thursday 4/29, we had responded to everyone whose forms we received.  It appears that there were a number of forms that were submitted that we never received. I have never had to close registration before 7:15 before, but this year with our reduced schedule due to school getting out later (thanks CoVid19) and some family events we have going on at the end of the summer, we knew we had less spots than usual and the forms came in faster than ever so I had to shut registration down at 7:03:10.  I believe there were some forms that were submitted right about that time that looked like they went through on your end, but didn't come through on ours.  We've been using this system for 9 years now and this is the first time we've had this happen. We really apologize!!! Unfortunately, we were unable to fit even all of the families whose forms we did received and we are currently out of beginner and advanced spots.  We may have a couple of intermediate spots and I'll update the website soon to reflect those.  

4/28 Registration Update: We have reached out to the first 133 families who sent in forms this morning. That only got us to 7:01:58, so if you submitted at 7:02 or later, we'll get back to you tomorrow when we work on the last 70ish forms! Thank you for your patience!
